Mangatarem Pangasinan to Sta Cruz Zambales East-West shortcut road also known as Daang Kalikasan is a 60 km four-way lane national highway under the build-build project of the DPWH Pangasinan and Zambales with the initiative of Cong. Atty. Cheryl Deloso Montalla of Zambales and Cong. Leopoldo Bataoil of Pangasinan. The completion target of the whole project is on the year of 2021.
