The Pangasinan’s Pista’y Dayat 2012 celebration was observed from April 11 to May 1, 2012. Pista’y Dayat Festival (Sea Festival) is a yearly celebration as a thanksgiving festival for the bountiful harvest and abundant fishing from the sea in the Province of Pangasinan.
It is a two weeks celebration with full of fun and exciting events like Thanksgiving Mass, Paboksing ed Golpo, Beach Volleybelles,Youth Camp, Takayan na Dayew, Sayawan ed Aplaya,Banca Parada, and Pageant Night.
Pista’y Dayat Festivals also features the 5th tourism and Trade Expo, Plant and Garden Landscape Competition and Bonsai Exhibit 2012. The Tourism and Trade Expo and Garden Landscape Competition are both located in Pangasinan Training and Development Center (PTDC) compound while the Bonsai Exhibit is located at the Back of Veterans Park,Provincial Capitol Complex, Lingayen, Pangasinan.
The Trade Expo,Garden Landscapes Display together with the private vendors situated in PTDC Compound and in Lingayen Beach are extended for the Palarong Pambansa 2012.
